Zach Dwiel is completing his last semester at Washington University in St. Louis with a Computer Science degree.  He is currently interested in the future of the web, specifically in the domain of social change.  What kinds of sustainable practices can be encouraged by new ways of connecting people?  The overhead we pay to elite upper class is enourmous.  It shouldn't be hard to be more efficient than that.
